If you're having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi services and have an iPhone with a large data allowance, you can use the following steps to connect your Windows laptop to your phone's cellular (4G/5G) network connection.

From you home screen, access the settings menu using the cog/gear icon
Follow these steps to enable your hotspot
**Make sure you set up a secure password**
We recommend three words including some capital letters, separated by numbers and special characters. For example:
$Giraffe89scotLAND#hundRed=
Then with your Windows PC, open the list of network connections from the icon in your system tray:
It may appear in your system tray as one of these icons depending on network availability:
[note: if it is displaying the Cable icon, you shouldn't need Wi-Fi unless the wired network is blocking your device for some reason, in which case speak to the administrators of that network]
Then you simply need to enter the password which you used to set up the hotspot on your iPhone.
