There is a known issue with Cisco 7911 phones. Check Handset Help to see which model you are using. If you need a new one, Open a New Ticket with the Help Topic 2. Desktop Services / New Hardware Request.
Please be aware that replacement handsets take several weeks to arrive, so we will let you know when they arrive and then arrange to help with installation if requried.
