Open the shortcut and login as hr-user.
You will be redirected to Open a New Ticket, but as an Agent rather than a User.
Select the relevant task from the Help Topics under 4.Departmental / H. R. and assign to HR User
The form selected in the Help Topic field then appears under the section shown above, with all fields available for input. Input all relevant information here.
When registering a new starter, be sure to establish how they wish to be known, people have the right to be called as they wish. Changing someone's name after they have been set up is very problematic!
Beneath the form there is an Initial Response section which should remain blank, then beneath that there is a space for internal notes where you can input any additional comments.
To complete the submission, press the orange Open button. You will then see the completed ticket.
You can change any of the fields if necessary, just click on the data you have inputted to change it.
When you're happy with the completed form, you can click on the Tickets tab (highlighted in yellow above) to view a list of tickets. Once we've processed these, we will close them and they will no longer appear.
